About Marcie:
Marcie Hogg (she/her) is a registered massage therapist/ Vodder certified MLD-CDT lymphedema therapist in Oakville, Ontario. She has been involved in helping people manage their well-being since 2010 as a personal trainer/fitness instructor/yoga teacher with a focus on adaptive training needs, neurological disorders, and older adults.
In 2016 Marcie transitioned to massage therapy, graduating from Fanshawe College of Applied Arts and Technology (London, Ontario) on the President’s Honour Roll. Since becoming an RMT , she has built on that foundation allowing for seamless incorporation of movement and exercise into her clinical practice.
Her approach to manual therapy is non-invasive, and goal focused, and has been influenced by Dermoneuromodulation (DNM), and myofascial release (MFR). Marcie’s recent focus has been on manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), lymphedema, lipedema, chronic pain management, headaches/migraines, and TMJ dysfunction. She is Vodder certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and is a member of the LAO Lymphedema Association of Ontario.
In her spare time, Marcie enjoys the variety of indoor bouldering, BJJ, reading, hiking, and is an active learner of things. She has been lovingly adopted by a dog (Foxy) and a cat (Yoshi).
