75 min – moderate full body treatment with areas of focus, or BHNS
90 min – full body treatment with areas of focus
15 min – assess and kin-tape only (as part of a treatment plan)

I don’t charge extra during a treatment for kin-taping, different pressures, specialized modalities, or remedial exercise. It’s all included in your appointment time. NOTE** Compression bandages ARE billed extra at no mark-up; prices will be discussed prior to ordering.
Tipping is not required or expected as I’m a regulated health professional. Save it for a treat for loved ones or pay it forward…
Yes, I will/can/do treat feet and hands and scalp!
Appointment Information:
Your appointment time is not just table time; it is the length of your appointment. Your first appointment will include going over your health history, assessment, treatment, any kin-taping, compression wrapping, remedial exercise, and homecare. I do try to maximize your treatment time but if you would like a specific amount of time hands-on, consider a longer appointment. The initial appointment takes longer for the non-hands-on part of appointment. Follow up treatments usually have a shorter check-in and assessment time.
Barring emergencies, I aim to start and end on time. If I need a few extra minutes, I’ll make sure you don’t need to be elsewhere. Please leave enough time after your treatment for getting dressed, payment, and rebooking. No one wants to feel rushed after a massage!
Treatment Styles Offered:
Swedish Massage – Swedish massage is also known as classical massage. It uses a wide variety of techniques and pressures to help treat and maintain function.
Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) – Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle non-invasive treatment style that focuses on the lymphatic system. It is used to decrease swelling in the tissues and can be very helpful for people living with Lymphedema and Lipedema.
TMJ Intra-oral Manual Therapy – TMJD treatments can include intra-oral (working inside the mouth) treatments. It is a way to use manual therapy on muscles of the jaw and mouth area. Hand signals are used by the patient, and they have full control over progression of treatment. You can choose to NOT have intra-oral work done as part of your TMJ treatments; other options are available.
DermoNeuroModulation (DNM) – DermoNeuroModulation, is a structured, interactive approach that considers the nervous system of the patient from skin cell to sense of self. Techniques are slow, light, kind, intelligent, responsive, and effective. Positioning affects deeper nerve trunks (by shortening and widening their container) and is combined with skin stretch directed toward cutaneous fields of nerves that branch outward into skin. It is used for pain, discomfort, altered sensation, etc.
Myofascial Release for Neck Voice Swallowing Disorders – This approach of MFR is similar to DNM with slightly more pressure. This treatment is focused on disorders for neck, voice, and swallowing.
DNM for Cranial Nerves – Advanced training of DNM with a focus on cranial nerves. This treatment style is usually focused on neck and head for headaches, TMJD, concussions, whiplash, nerve issues etc.
Rocktape Kinesio-taping – Rocktape is a stretchy cotton kin tape applied to the skin. This is used as a sustained DNM approach to help decrease pain, discomfort, altered sensation etc. Lymphatic taping is also available. *latex-free*
Evidence Informed Practices – All treatments are in keeping with best evidence informed practices. Some techniques may be used where the research evidence is inconclusive but there is value in the modality. Often, it’s the modality narrative that is outdated/incorrect, whereas the treatment style can still be very effective.
